Kyrenia ship 340BC – 300BC scale 1:72 waterline model kit

HISTORICAL BACKGROUND: The design of the Kyrenia Ship is based upon archaeological underwater findings north of Cyprus. Several full size reconstructions were made since its discovery in 1965. The original ship dates back to 340BC, and was presumably from Rhodian origin. Crewed by four men, it carried Rhodian wine amphorae when it sunk around 300BC.
